It offers inclusive, nature-based activities that support physical and mental wellbeing, and is suitable for people of all abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"why-refer-to-nature-for-health\">Why Refer to Nature for Health?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nature-based interventions are a proven non-pharmacological approach to improving health.
